How to exchange your size or colour via express exchange
1. Register your return via our return website (see below).
2. Re-order your desired items in a different size or colour in our online shop.
3. We will ship your exchange order within 24 hours via express delivery.
4. Your desired items will arrive within 2-3 days.
As soon as we receive your return, we will credit it directly.
Save up to 10 days with our express service compared to a normal exchange process.
Besides the flat-rate processing fee of 5,90€ for a return, the express service is free of charge for you.

How to make a return within 30 seconds
1. Select the items you would like to return in the returns portal.
2. Once your parcel is ready for dispatch, you can print out the returns label directly or show the QR code in the parcel shop.
3. After receiving the return, we will refund the purchase price of your items. We will automatically deduct the return fee. You also have the option of receiving a voucher for our shop.
Important:
Please use our returns website for returns. If you return your order at your own expense, the processing time will be delayed by 3-4 days. We cannot refund the costs and you will have to pay them in addition to the handling fee.
To ensure a fast process of your return we charge a handling fee of 5,90€.
The processing fee is composed of:
Hygienic rework of the product
Taking care of the shipping costs
Disposal of used shipping mailers
Use of new outer packaging
Fast refund of the purchase price within 7 days after arrival in our warehouse.
Note on the quality of your return
We ask that you handle our high-quality garments with care.
In special cases we reserve the right to charge a refurbishment fee of 4,90€ if the quality of the returned goods is inferior. This includes e.g. damaged zip bags, hangtangs, stained fabric or other defects in/on the garment.
Information on the right of withdrawal for goods delivered by post
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Pflug & Müller-Grum GbR, Hofweg 63, 22085 Hamburg, phone +491702626283, e-mail info@unorganizedbrand.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
